Product description
Task Carbon Titanium is an exclusive model designed for collectors who love knives made of uncommon materials.
Task Carbon Titanium comes in its elegant case, guaranteeing quality in terms of strength, reliability, and functionality – characteristics that have made Extrema Ratio knives famous. Produced in a limited series of only 100 pieces, it is inspired by the famous Task model, one of the most iconic multi-role knives made by Extrema Ratio. Unlike the model from which it draws inspiration, this version has a Full Tang structure.
The handle is composed of two scales made by CNC machining from blocks of carbon fiber. This solution offers several advantages including lightness, strength, and stiffness. Carbon fiber is known for its high mechanical strength and ability to absorb vibrations, making the handle more comfortable to use.
Its precise shapes and finishes improve the ergonomics and functionality of the product.
Task Carbon Titanium is equipped with a titanium blade made from solid material, making the knife very light, easy to handle and particularly resistant to oxidation. This material does not possess ferromagnetic properties, making it ideal for applications where it is necessary to avoid the influence of magnetic fields.
The blade features a partial serration that allows you to cut cables and high-strength fabrics while preserving sharpness. The notch located between the guard and the blade allows an advanced grip for precision work.
The hybrid sheath in ‘carbon fiber look’ kydex and fabric is equipped with a belt fastening system and MOLLE system by means of 2 malice clips positioned at its back. The kydex part can be disassembled and used in its extremely thin configuration.
Task Carbon Titanium comes inside an airtight technical case with an innovative design. It is lightweight and resistant to impact, water and dust and is perfect for outdoor use. This includes the sheath, a commemorative coin of the twenty-fifth anniversary of Extrema Ratio, a double-grain sharpening plate (abrasive ceramic and synthetic diamond) and a metal plate bearing the progressive number within the limited series
